Our Focus

Lakeside Curative Services manages a janitorial employment service in the community for persons with disabilities and without disabilities.. Permanent positions are available for those individuals interested in and capable of performing this type of work. LCS has been providing industrial cleaning, office cleaning and institutional cleaning for 12 years.  Our goal is to provide you with the best services in the cleaning industry, and we are committed to building a long term business relationship with you through our sincere customer assistance and quality services guarantee.  If you are not satisfied please let us know within 24 hours of service.  We will come back to re-clean the area to your satisfaction.

Since 1998 we have had a collaborative effort with Racine County to employee over 35 people with and without disabilities at Ridgewood Care Center and at the Workforce Development Center.

In 2005 Lakeside Curative also started a competitive janitorial service to the Community. 

• LCS has taken the time to train and have on-going training in housekeeping, floor care and safety.
• LCS has all employees attend a detailed overview of mandatory safety guidelines designed to reduce workers comp, absenteeism and improve productivity.
• LCS has a Janitorial Quality Control Person along with a Quality Assurance Plan. He comes with extensive training and continues to update cleaning and performance techniques.
• LCS prescreens all prospective employees with thorough interviews, reference checks, criminal back ground checks ; and drug testing at your request.
