Assessments

Participants are evaluated to identify viable vocational options and to develop employment goals and objectives. Through assignments of simulated job tasks, observational techniques, individual interviews, and psychometric testing, a participant's vocational interests, work skills, academic abilities, aptitudes, and work behaviors are assessed.
